How long will it take for me to get my parcel?

Please refer to the following table as a guideline to when you will receive your parcel.


What happens if I’m not home?

If no one is home, the driver will try to find a safe place to leave the parcel. You can also request what the driver is to do with the parcel if you have an Australia Post MyPost Delivery account. If there is no safe place the parcel can be left it will be taken to your local Post Office for collection and you will receive a missed delivery slip.

My parcel still hasn’t arrived, has it been lost?

Please use the tracking information to see the status of your parcel. It’s not in our control once we ship your parcel. Please contact us at info@titanwear.com.au and we can investigate with our shipping provider, should you not be able to track your parcel.

We are not responsible for stolen/lost parcels, parcels sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing orders.  We are not responsible for any parcels once they are in the hands of any one of our shipping service providers.

Once Titanwear has sent your product, we are not responsible for any lost, or damaged parcels. You will need to contact Australia Post and we will assist you as much as we can, should your package become lost or damaged during transit.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally through Australia Post. Please see our FAQ page for more information about shipping internationally.
