What’s your return policy?
Our return policy is 30 days, if 30 days have passed since the purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund/partial refund or exchange.
All products are inspected prior to being sent. If the product is faulty or not as described on arrival, then we will happily exchange the item, or issue a refund. Exchanges and refunds are subject to you contacting us within 7 days of receiving your package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in, in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Returns where the product is not faulty (change of mind, changing size), you will have to bear the shipping cost and will be granted store credit, exchange, or a refund.
If you contact us later than the 7-day period mentioned above, a partial refund may apply. This is a case by case scenario and at our discretion. We must receive the product in it’s original packaging and in resalable condition. If you have any questions about our return’s policy or need to request a refund, please contact email@example.com.
We require proof of purchase as part of our returns process.
Are there items that I cannot return?
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned/refunded, unless faulty on arrival.
Other items you cannot return include gift cards, shaker bottles or anything pertaining to items of a health/personal nature, underwear etc.
